1_Introduction

- Client:** Natural or legal person who contracts the services of Care Pest Solutions.
- Services:** Include, but are not limited to, pest control, rodent control (indoor and outdoor), lawn spray treatments (gardens and lawns), and any related services offered by Care Pest Solutions.
- Equipment:** Our technicians and specialists trained in the provision of the above services.
3_Scope of Services
Care Pest Solutions is committed to providing pest, rodent and lawn spray control services using safe, effective and environmentally friendly methods. The exact specification of the services will be detailed in the contract or agreement between Care Pest Solutions and the Client.
4_Client’s Obligations
- Provide safe and complete access to areas requiring treatment.
- Report any special situations or conditions that may affect the delivery of services.
- Comply with post-treatment recommendations provided by Care Pest Solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the service.
5_Fees and Payment
- Fees for services provided by Care Pest Solutions will be agreed in advance with the Client and detailed in the contract.
- Payments must be made as agreed in the contract. Late payment charges will be applied in accordance with company policies.
6_Cancellation and Refunds
- Client may cancel scheduled services by notifying Care Pest Solutions at least 2 days in advance.
- In the event of cancellation by Care Pest Solutions due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, service will be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered as agreed with the Client.
7_Liability
- Care Pest Solutions is committed to performing services with the highest standard of care and professionalism.
- Care Pest Solutions’ liability for any direct damages caused by our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8_Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, design and intellectual property associated with Care Pest Solutions and our services are the exclusive property of the company.
- No content, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, etc., may be used without the express written consent of Care Pest Solutions.
9_Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of USA, Florida, where Care Pest Solutions has its principal place of business. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida, USA.
10_Modifications
Care Pest Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
